RETURN POLICY

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. If you have any questions about an order you placed, please contact customer@onighana.com 

RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. We will gladly issue a refund for items returned within 14 days of the date you received your order (if applicable). 

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. For this reason Bras, Panties, Thongs, Underwear etc., are all FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable. We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box, and not an envelope to insure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Most refunds take at least 3-5 business days to show up on your bank account statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer@onighana.com

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

(“ŌNI”) including on our ecommerce platform www.onibyava.com (the “Website”) and when you interact with us on social media, by email, telephone or otherwise.

What Kind of Personal Information Does Oni Collect?

We may collect personal information from you, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or credit card number when you visit our Website, place an order online, save your information with us online, contact us with a question or concern, or participate in a contest, promotion, or survey. We may also receive such information if you access our Website with your log-in credentials from a social networking site such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. (and in such cases, in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy of such social networking site). We also maintain a record of your product interests and the purchases you make online. Such third parties may manage our customer information and perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, fraud monitoring, identity verification, processing credit card payments, email or mail delivery and administration, promotion fulfillment, surveys or data analysis, generation of lists of new potential customers, etc. We or our partners may also combine your information with publicly available information and information that we receive from or cross-reference with partners.

How Do I Opt Out Of Receiving Promotional Communications?

Oni wants to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive promotional information, such as information about special offers and sales events, those instructions are set forth below. All email we send to you includes an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email. If you no longer wish to receive emails from Oni, please click the unsubscribe link included in the footer of all our emails; this will take you to an online form where you will be given a menu of choices regarding our communications and for opting out of receiving further communications, including emails, from us.

Should you no longer wish to receive mail from us, you can go to the Oni website, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on “Contact Us” or write an email to customer@onighana.com

If you ask us to remove your name and address from all or certain promotional lists, we will maintain your name on a “do not contact” list so that we can honor your request. Please specify if you would like to be removed from receiving (1) direct mail and/or (2) promotional emails. For example, if you simply tell us not to send mailed promotions, we will continue to send you emails.

It may take up to 10 days to process your email request, during which period you may continue to receive communications from Oni.  If you change your mind, you can start receiving promotional communications from us again by contacting Oni Customer Service. Also, please note that if we have variations of your contact information (for example, more than one spelling or record of your name, address, or more than one email address, etc.) that you will need to ask us to remove each such variation in order to be completely removed from our promotional lists. Also, note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may continue to send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or orders you have placed. Please note that when you make an online purchase from us, we will continue to confirm your order status and shipment by email, even if you have previously unsubscribed. We may also need to contact you via telephone, email or postal mail with questions or information regarding your order.

 How Do I Know My Personal Information Is Secure?

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of information transmitted to us. When you enter your personal information on our Website, we use industry standard technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us. When will you restock? 

We are working hard to restock items that are out of stock. Please sign up for our newsletters and be the first to know when new stock arrives!


What size should I buy?

Do refer to our size chart or refer to the product information. Products can be purchased one size or down if listed under tight or loose fitting.


Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for the product to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming its status.


Where is my return?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this process can take up to 7 business days from the date your package is confirmed as received. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Can I exchange an item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges for underwear. We do offer exchanges for lounge wear and athleisure wear. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.


What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Mobile Money, Paystack.


What if my product is faulty?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect occurs within 3 months of purchase.

After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund by logging into www.onibyava.com.


Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
