Do refer to our size chart or refer to the product information. Products can be purchased one size up or down if listed under tight or loose fitting.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver from Monday to Friday. -Orders placed before 12 PM are typically delivered same day or the next day. However, in some cases, delivery may take 2-3 business days. Upon order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming its status.

Within Greater Accra: GHS 35

To Tema: GHS 55

Nationwide Delivery (via FedEx):

Customers opting for nationwide shipping will be charged the Accra dispatch fee (GHS 35) for delivery to FedEx.

Customers are responsible for covering FedEx shipping costs for delivery to their location.

Once payment is made, we will provide a receipt for the FedEx shipping.

We do not deliver internationally yet, but we are actively working on making this service available in the near future.

Returns & Refunds

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges for bras and underwear.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. For this reason, Bras, Panties, Thongs, Underwear etc., are all FINAL SALE.

We do offer exchanges for lounge wear and athleisure wear. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this process can take up to 7 business days from the date your package is confirmed as received. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Mobile Money, Paystack.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect occurs within 3 months of purchase.

After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a refund by logging into www.onibyava.com or contacting customer care.

Once your order is handed over to FedEx, it is no longer under ŌNI’s responsibility.

ŌNI is not liable for any damaged, missing, or misplaced items during transit with FedEx.
